Communications

Stacy Jenkins is the Administrator for District Communications, and handles communications from the district to parents, staff and the community.
 
Stacy Jenkins is a lifelong Livonia Public Schools resident, alumnus, and parent of two children, one who is currently in the district and one who is in college. She is a former journalist and joined Livonia Public Schools in October 2012. 

The Communications Department has a wide variety of district functions, including district-wide emails, emergency communications, maintaining the LPS website, the district's cable TV channels, news media relations, LPS social media, LPS print publications and brochures, school district marketing and student attraction, the Educator of the Year, Support Staff of the Year program, the Golden Apple Awards program, the Team Effort Award program, press releases, media relations, feature videos, Board of Education meeting videos, the LPS mobile app and is the main contact for questions, concerns and suggestions from parents, staff and the community.
